2. Use of the Platform You may use the Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to: 

• Post, upload, or distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our technology. 
• Collect user data without consent. 
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity. 

Island AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse or violation of these Terms.  3. User-Generated Content By submitting any information, listing, or media to Island AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Platform and its marketing materials. You retain ownership of your intellectual property.    4. AI-Generated and Curated Information Our Platform includes recommendations and responses generated by AI algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, Island AI does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of AI-generated data or suggestions. Use such information at your own discretion.    5. E-Commerce and Third-Party Listings The Platform allows third-party vendors and service providers to list and promote their products or services. Island AI does not act as a seller or intermediary and assumes no liability for third-party transactions or disputes.   6. Data and Privacy All user data is processed in compliance with UAE data protection laws. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).  Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
